תנאי השימוש - EULA

ברוכים הבאים ל-BabySteps. השימוש באפליקציה מהווה הסכמה לתנאים הבאים.

1. לא ייעוץ רפואי

כל התוכן באפליקציה, כולל אבני דרך, לוחות חיסונים, מתכונים ותשובות העוזר החכם, נועד למידע כללי בלבד ואינו מחליף רופא, אחות טיפת חלב או דיאטנית. בכל חשש לבריאות התינוק או האם יש לפנות לרופא; במצב חירום יש להתקשר מיד למד"א 101.

יש לפנות לרופא ללא דיחוי, בין היתר, בחום של 38 מעלות ומעלה מתחת לגיל 3 חודשים, בקשיי נשימה, בהתייבשות, באדישות חריגה או בתגובה אלרגית.

2. העוזר החכם (AI)

תשובות הצ'אטים נוצרות על ידי בינה מלאכותית ועלולות להיות שגויות או לא שלמות. סינון האלרגיות מבוסס רק על מה שהוזן באפליקציה; יש לבדוק תמיד את רשימת הרכיבים לפני הגשה לתינוק. אפשר לדווח על כל תשובה.

3. קהילה: אפס סובלנות לתוכן פוגעני

אסור לפרסם תוכן פוגעני, מאיים, מיני, אלים, מפלה, ספאם, מידע רפואי מסוכן, או פרטים אישיים על ילדים או על אחרים.

אפשר לדווח על כל פוסט או תגובה ולחסום כותבים. אנחנו בודקים דיווחים תוך 24 שעות, מסירים תוכן שמפר את הכללים וחוסמים לצמיתות משתמשים שמפרסמים אותו.

את/ה אחראים לתוכן שאת/ה מפרסמים ומעניקים לנו רשות להציג אותו בקהילה.

4. מנויים ותשלומים

בתחילה כל התכונות פתוחות לתקופת ניסיון. לאחר מכן אפשר להמשיך במסלול החינמי (עם פרסומות) או לרכוש מנוי פרימיום חודשי או שנתי.

התשלום מבוצע דרך App Store או Google Play. המנוי מתחדש אוטומטית אלא אם בוטל לפחות 24 שעות לפני סוף התקופה; ניהול וביטול נעשים בהגדרות החשבון בחנות. החזרים כפופים למדיניות החנות.

5. חשבון ושיתוף

את/ה אחראים לנכונות המידע שהוזן ולשמירה על הגישה לחשבון. חיבור הורה שותף נותן לו גישה מלאה למידע על התינוקות המשותפים. אפשר למחוק את החשבון בכל עת בהגדרות.

6. הגבלת אחריות

האפליקציה ניתנת כפי שהיא (AS IS). ככל שהדין מתיר, איננו אחראים לנזק עקיף או תוצאתי, לתקלות שרת או לאובדן מידע, והאחריות הכוללת שלנו מוגבלת לסכום ששילמת עבור המנוי ב־12 החודשים האחרונים.

7. Apple

אם הורדת את האפליקציה מ-App Store: ההסכם הוא בינך לבינינו ולא עם Apple; Apple אינה אחראית לאפליקציה, לתחזוקה או לתמיכה בה, והיא ושלוחותיה מוטבים צד שלישי של תנאים אלה. בנוסף חלים תנאי ה-EULA הסטנדרטיים של Apple.

8. שינויים ויצירת קשר

אנחנו עשויים לעדכן תנאים אלה; על שינוי מהותי נודיע באפליקציה. המשך שימוש לאחר העדכון מהווה הסכמה. לשאלות פנו לכתובת התמיכה.

Welcome to BabySteps. By using the App you agree to these terms.

1. Not medical advice

Everything in the App, including milestones, vaccine schedules, recipes and AI answers, is general information only and does not replace a doctor, nurse or dietitian. If you are worried about your baby's or your own health, contact a doctor; in an emergency call your local emergency number (in Israel, MDA 101) immediately.

See a doctor without delay for, among other things, a fever of 38°C or more under 3 months of age, breathing difficulty, dehydration, unusual lethargy or an allergic reaction.

2. The AI assistant

Chat answers are generated by AI and can be wrong or incomplete. Allergy filtering only knows what was entered in the App; always check the ingredient list before feeding your baby. You can report any answer.

3. Community: zero tolerance for objectionable content

Do not post offensive, threatening, sexual, violent or discriminatory content, spam, dangerous medical information, or personal details about children or others.

You can report any post or reply and block authors. We review reports within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these rules and permanently ban users who post it.

You are responsible for what you post and give us permission to display it in the community.

4. Subscriptions and payments

All features are open during an initial trial. After that you can stay on the free plan (with ads) or buy a monthly or yearly Premium subscription.

Payment is handled by the App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period; manage or cancel them in your store account settings. Refunds follow the store's policy.

5. Account and sharing

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for keeping access to your account. Connecting a partner gives them full access to the babies you share. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

6. Limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, server outages or data loss, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for the subscription in the previous 12 months.

7. Apple

If you downloaded the App from the App Store: this agreement is between you and us, not Apple; Apple is not responsible for the App, its maintenance or support, and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms. Apple's standard EULA also applies.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will tell you in the App about material changes. Continuing to use the App after an update means you accept it. For questions, contact the support address.
