אפליקציה: BabySteps. אפשר למחוק את החשבון ואת כל המידע בכל עת.

מתוך האפליקציה (מומלץ)

1. פותחים את BabySteps ומתחברים.
2. פותחים את התפריט (☰ למעלה) ← מחיקת חשבון.
3. מאשרים. המחיקה מיידית.

בלי גישה לאפליקציה

שלחו אימייל אל [email protected] מכתובת האימייל של החשבון, עם הכותרת "מחיקת חשבון". נמחק את החשבון תוך 7 ימים ונאשר במייל.

מה נמחק

החשבון, פרופילי התינוקות, כל התיעוד (האכלה, שינה, חיתולים, גדילה, טעימות, אלרגיות, תורים), התמונות, והפוסטים והתגובות בפורום. ההורה השותף מנותק מהתינוקות המשותפים.

מה נשמר

עותקי גיבוי נמחקים אוטומטית תוך 30 יום לכל היותר. יומני אבטחה נמחקים תוך 90 יום. דיווחים על תוכן פוגעני נשמרים בלי שיוך לחשבון. מנוי פעיל מבוטל בנפרד בהגדרות החנות (App Store / Google Play).

Delete your account and data

App: BabySteps. You can delete your account and all your data at any time.

In the app (recommended)

1. Open BabySteps and sign in.
2. Open the menu (☰ at the top) → Delete Account.
3. Confirm. Deletion is immediate.

Without access to the app

Email [email protected] from the account's email address with the subject "Delete my account". We delete the account within 7 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Your account, baby profiles, all logs (feeding, sleep, diapers, growth, tastings, allergies, appointments), photos, and your forum posts and replies. A connected partner is unlinked from shared babies.

What is kept

Backup copies are deleted automatically within 30 days at most. Security logs are deleted within 90 days. Reports about objectionable content are kept without a link to the account. An active subscription is cancelled separately in your store settings (App Store / Google Play).
